Why is a stripper’s stagename important?

Strippers might have a wide variety of different stage names that are used at nightclubs, strip clubs, gentleman clubs, parties, music videos, etc.  The names are often based on popular events or current culture references.  It’s important that a stripper chooses the right name for themselves otherwise they may fail in their attempts to succeed as an exotic dancer.

The name of the stripper is a very important part of the exotic dance experience and it also plays a part in how people perceive you.  Your real name is private but your stage name is public so it’s critical that you find a name that matches your personality and makes you feel proud, strong and unafraid.

How do you choose a stripper name?

Names that are more innocent, cute, child or animal like, are ones that strippers tend to choose.  For example: Bambi, Casper, Foxy, Rabbit, Raven, Bunny.  Some stage names are highly adult suggestive like ” Alexxxis” or “Cindy Moans.  Other dancers prefer food based names like Peaches, Apple, Cherry, Candy, or Sugar.

Another popular idea is using location names like Asia, London, Brooklyn, Aspen, or Henderson.

A good name for a stripper is kitty.  You can add to it and make it “kitty cat” or “pretty kitty”.  If you have red hair, you can call yourself “red kitty”.  It’s easy to come up with your own creative kitty name but if you have a hard time, just try out one of the hundred names listed above in this article.

Some dancers like colors and will choose names like Silver, Black, Indigo, Teal, and Maroon.
